At JL Harvest, customers enjoy free shipping with orders $80 and above locally. If your order falls below $80, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
c. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Please expect 2-3 weeks of delivery for countries outside of Singapore. Customers will also need to make payment for the shipping fees upon checkout.

d. Where is the origin of the products?
Our products are mainly harvested in Thailand and exported out to Singapore. Rest assured that they are quality checked before shipping out. This is a crucial step in ensuring that products or services meet the required standards. It involves thorough inspection and evaluation to identify any defects or issues that may affect the overall quality. This process involves various techniques such as visual inspection, testing, and sampling. Quality check helps in maintaining consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Refund/Return/Exchange
Due to hygiene and health reasons, products are non-refundable and exchangeable once opened. Consumers must return items with no signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging otherwise no refund is issued. The customer is to bear the return shipping fee. In the event, an order is returned to the sender for various reasons, upon the reception of the returned parcel, all shipping, storage and return costs will be deducted from the refund. Orders for return/refund/exchange are left at the discretion of JL Harvest. All parcels shipped that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning in the event that the items do not meet the criteria for return/refund/exchange.
